You bring a broker. We provide the desk. From the moment he sits
down he writes business, second by second, whether you are watching or not.

Walk to DESK CO and put him at a desk. That is the only action the base return ever needs.

He does not stop when you close the tab. No shift to turn up for, no streak, no penalty for a week away.

SETTLE IN STOCK
Trading fees come back to holders as NVDA, SPCX and AAPL. Settle whenever you like. Nothing expires.
You never have to trade anything. Other people trading is what
pays you. Nothing is minted to pay you either — the contract can only
pay out what it was funded with.
The street

The website is not a landing page with a mint button on it. It is a street,

The desks
One desk per broker. The scarcity is which one.
3,333 desks for 3,333 brokers, so everybody who turns up has somewhere to sit.
A prime desk pays four times a common one, and there are 133 of them.

A prime desk is leased, not owned. Without that the 133
best desks belong to the 133 fastest wallets on the first morning,
permanently. A lease that runs out drops you to a common desk, never to
nothing.
Advancement
The rank rides on the NFT
Every broker starts as a Runner. Burn at UPSTAIRS and he is promoted,
permanently. Sell him and the promotion goes with him, so the burn puts value
into the collection rather than only into the buyer.
Four ranks, and you can only promote what you own. It is a door
that closes behind you, on purpose. A sink you can spend on forever is a
supply problem wearing a feature's clothes.
The tape
A timeline you have to be hired to post on
Every trading floor that ever worked was a room full of people
telling each other what just happened. At /app there is a
timeline, and you cannot post on it unless a broker of yours is sitting at a desk.
